During this crazy time of "social distancing" I encourage you to stay active, not only for your physical health, but for your mental health as well! Exercising regularly also helps boost your immune system! And working with me will hold you accountable! And you'll have more fun!
Starting Monday, March 23, 2020, I will start hosting a virtual
small group training session through ZOOM Video Conferencing, with a maximum of 10 people per session. These sessions will
last 45-60 minutes and will incorporate everything from water
bottles to dumbbells for resistance...use whatever you have available. All ages, shapes, sizes, genders are welcome! I will show those
with a higher fitness level how to kick it up a notch to make
the workout more difficult, or give modifications for those at
the beginner level or with physical limitations.
