Are you comfortable working out on your own, but looking for a program to follow that is created specifically for your personal fitness goals? I will provide just that based off of your fitness level and limitations, available equipment, and specific goals.
Workouts are provided in PDF format with links to exercise demonstration videos. These programs do not include nutrition guidelines, cardio recommendations or accountability through daily check-ins and weekly progress calls.
ONE FULL BODY WORKOUT
$50
​One full body strength training workout created for your specific fitness goal based on the equipment you have available to you and any physical limitations you may have. This would be great for a person that can only make it to the gym two or three times a week.

TWO DAY SPLIT TRAINING PROGRAM

Two day split strength training program created for your specific fitness goal based on the equipment you have available to you and any physical limitations you may have. This would be great for a person that can only make it to the gym twice a week. Could be an upper body/lower body split or a push/pull split.
