Can't Get To The Gym? Stay On Track With Your Fitness Goals By Working Out At Home!

We all recognize this is a difficult time in the world. But one of the best things you can do is to stay healthy by continuing to exercise and eating healthy. It's not the time to go into vacation mode and fall out of fitness. Each week, if not more frequently, I will be posting a FREE HOME WORKOUT using minimal equipment and/or bodyweight. I'll post the YouTube links to these workouts on my Facebook and Instagram pages.

 

I am also available to create CUSTOM HOME WORKOUTS for a reasonable fee, based on the equipment you have available, your fitness level, your limitations, and your fitness goals.

Two day split strength training program created for your specific fitness goal based on the equipment you have available to you and any physical limitations you may have. Could be an upper body/lower body split or a push/pull split.

  • ​I will create the plan after you fill out online Health and LIfestyle form.

  • Plan is provided in PDF format with links to exercise demonstration videos.

THREE DAY HOME
SPLIT TRAINING PROGRAM

$100 

Three day split strength training program created for your specific fitness goal based on the equipment you have available to you and any physical limitations you may have.
