I’ve been active my entire life, though never thought of myself as super athletic or fit. I’ve gone through my ups

and downs of weight gain and weight loss. Trying to lose the baby weight while nursing twins was certainly a challenge. And that’s when I really got serious about fitness. Once I realized how great I felt from eating properly

and exercising regularly, I became passionate about helping others do the same thing. I became a MADDOG Spinning Instructor, and soon after became a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on

Exercise (ACE). Over the years, I’ve continued my education to become a certified Health Coach,

Fitness Nutrition Specialist, TRX Instructor, with extensive coursework in Prenatal/Postpartum Fitness,

Weight Loss Management, Behavior Modification, and much, much more. I’m always striving to learn more

and find ways to help even more people reach their health and fitness goals.


What I want you to know most about me, though, is that I AM REAL.

I’m not a celebrity trainer. I’m not a social media influencer. I’m not a fitness or physique competitor.

I am a real person...just with pink hair. I am your next-door neighbor. I am your enthusiastic trainer that you see at the gym. I have good days and I have bad days. I have that pooch under my belly button from my c-section. I have cellulite on my rear end and the backs of my legs. I have loose skin around my mid-section from having two babies and weight gain and weight loss. I’m 51 years old and am surely in the beginning stages of menopause (I think). I never have enough time in my day. I struggle at being a good parent and a good wife. I AM JUST LIKE YOU.
