During this time of such uncertainty, you may find it hard to stay
focused on your health and fitness goals. I've put this 30 DAY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE together to help give you some direction and provide accountability through logging your workouts and nutrition, as well as daily support from our great challenge community and myself. Who knows how long our gyms will be closed, but you shouldn't wait until that unknown date arrives! Work on those goals TODAY!

Challenge includes:​

  • Home Strength Workouts (5 day split workout schedule) using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. If you don't have dumbbells, you can improvise with household items.

  • Workouts are provided via PDF and on the TrainerPlus app, with exercise video demonstrations, where you can post weights used, reps/sets completed, and I can see when you have completed the workouts.

  • Cardio Requirements (5 days) + a few Cardio Workout Ideas

  • Personalized Nutrition Guidelines (calorie/macro goals) 

  • Training on how to use the MyFItnessPal app to track your nutrition

  • Healthy Recipes

  • Healthy Food Option List

  • Meal Prepping Tips

  • Supplement Recommendations

  • Online Support via Private Facebook Community Group for Challenge Participants only

Winner chosen based on:

  • Body Fat Percentage Lost based on Navy Body Fat Calculator

  • Weight Lost

  • Inches Lost

  • Visual Transformation in Before/After Photos

  • Participation in Facebook Group (support and posts)

* Must have a minimum of 25 participants in order to award a $1,000 Grand Prize.
