A BIT ABOUT ME

Hey! I’m Jennifer, but most people call me Jen. I’m happily married with wonderful 14 year old fraternal twin boys. We live in the New Orleans area, where living a healthy lifestyle can be a real challenge. But I’ve learned to do just that, while indulging in the rich foods and cultural elixirs that Louisiana is known for in moderation, and finding balance with regular exercise.

With over 12 years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trainer to help them achieve real results. Jennifer is not only a true professional but she really strives to keep workouts fresh, challenging & fun. She’s an expert at gearing workouts & nutrition advice to an individual’s specific needs. She’s patient, kind & has tremendous work ethic. While working with Jen she was such a positive motivator & our workouts were also a blast. In no time I was stronger, leaner & had put on relevant muscle mass for a more defined look. Enjoying my workouts with her made it much easier to stay committed to a consistent routine. Jen is a bright light, an inspiration in spandex, & an all-around amazing human. I’ve learned so much from her & that information will benefit me for the rest of my life. I’m forever grateful!.

I worked out with Jennifer for almost 5 years & I wholeheartedly believe that she is the best trainer I ever had. Her commitment & professionalism are portrayed in every one of her workouts  & she was always able to find ways to keep me motivated. She is very attentive to small details which made every workout feel special. Her spinning classes were always tough but very enjoyable! I miss her every time I’m at the gym!

When I first started working out with Jen, I was recovering from a broken foot & hadn't exercised regularly in 3-4 years. Since she was a certified TRX trainer, we were able to combine physical therapy with exercise until my foot was strong enough to move to weight training, exchanging healthy recipes & encouraging me to FINALLY give cardio a try. I am in the best shape of my life & really look forward to working with Jen twice a week! She is always easy going, encouraging & mixes up our routines so they are never boring. She makes working out fun!
